Jesus himself is the source of truth and the perfect standard of what is right.  He frees us from the consequences of sin and points to the way of eternal life.  "To the Jews who believed him, Jesus said, "If you hold on to my teaching, you really are my disciples.  Then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free." -John 8:31-32. -Pastor Mike
