I made an effort to go on a 3 day pastor's retreat put on by the Presbytery of Detroit.  I'm not much of a retreat/vacation kind of guy (just ask Lynn) so I only went for one day (OK, just a part of one day).  It did me a world of good and I thank God that I went.  "The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath." -Mark 2:27. -Pastor Mike
