"This is the day that the Lord had made, let us rejoice and be glad in it." - Psalm 118: 24.  Sometimes we feel down and our sorrow or guilt is overwhelming.  Let God know how you feel and pray that he change your attitude.  God gives us a reason to rejoice.  He has given us this day to live and serve him.
