"Do not judge, and you will not be judged.  Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned.  Forgive and you will be forgiven." -Luke 6:37.  So does Jesus mean that we should just ignor our brother's sins?  No, but we must constructively assist them to repent and be healed.  Remember the adulterous woman that was about to be stoned?  Did jesus just rip on her and tell her how bad she was?  No, he convicted her of her sins (as well as everyone else who was present) and told her to go and sin no more.
